This is a radio screw hole repair kit for the 1984-1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ and 1986-1992 Jeep Comanche MJ. The plastic tab that holds the spring nut can break off of the dash and leave you with no way to fasten the radio to the dash. These will slide onto the lip around the edge of the hole and allow the radio to be mounted properly again.
