3 glass lenses, no chips or cracks. Nickel plating shows stains and plating loss. 6V. Blue and clear eyeball lenses measure 2 1/2"  diameter. Luxor ruby red lens is slightly convex and also 2 1/2" diameter 6Volt. Could be European.
