All Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud and Bentley S series from 1955-1965 use these UR1622 rubber/metal mounts or isolators to mount or secure the car body to the frame. These days time has taken a toll on the old mounts as this series ended in 1965 and the mounts are squashed, rotten and many times broken through. About all Silver Cloud series have rotten squashed UR1622 mounts unless they have been replaced. This situation causes road vibration to get to the body, the body can lean one way or the other...
