This is an NOS Tail Light plug or adapter for the standard military tail light bucket. This is the tail light bucket on the White Scout car and early Half Track. The wire harness attaches to the back side of this and the front simply plugs into the bucket. This also fits the accessory plug in the dash on the Scout Car.
