Pair of Stromberg 97 type carburetor spacers. Same manufacture as each other, center air passage column is designed a bit plumper than the other, see pictures. Otherwise similar. These will raise the carburetor 1-1/2". Setback looks to be about 3/4". Recently sandblasted cast iron. Note there is a little chip around one of the stud mount areas, fixable with a little JB weld I would think. I'll leave that up to you....
