This is a new and very high quality reproduction tie rod tube. This is for the left or driver side of the steering assembly. This is 17 1/4" from tip to tip. It is just like the original and takes a 11/16" left thread and a right thread tie rod end. This is the correct size for the CJ2A, CJ3A, CJ3B, and M38.
