Came off a 96 LC and it was painted black, why it was painted black I have no idea but it's in really good shape otherwise. Originally grey and it shouldn't be too hard to strip off the black paint it's coming off already or it's pretty easy to find over the counter rattle cans which match the grey and also the brown pretty dead on.
