Pretty much brand new with surface scratches here and there on the wheel, has that new aluminum look. 3 inch center bore, no cap for it and about 3.25 backspacing. Comes in the original NOS box, box is alittle beat up though. This is a gm 4.75 bolt pattern and uses those Roto lugs. Not sure if a tire was ever mounted on this wheel. Any questions please ask.
