I think this is a Vintage Bumper Bracket Hood Latch Support Bracket. I’m not sure which makes, models, or years it fits. It’s dirty, rusty, nicked, scratched, and black paint is worn off of it. It’s about 21-1/2” long, flat end piece is 2-1/2” wide, the distance between the holes on that piece measured from center to center is 1-1/2”, measuring the width on the opposite side underneath is 1-1/4”.
