Extremely rare Wright tools 3/8" drive NM-70 ratchet. "Parent pending " I don't believe the parent ever came through with this design as this is only the 2nd ratchet like this I've ever seen. Ratchet is in excellent working condition and thumb wheel design for reverse works perfectly. Would be a great addition to any period correct vehicle tool kit. Or any serious tool collector. Ratchet will be shipped USPS...
