You are buying used Japan made 4 pin interchangeable relay for GM 5010-8303. Tested relay. My relay has a different part number, but is fully interchangeable with your GM relay, both mine and yours were made in the same place in Japan, but simply were marked differently because different car maker orders them to mark them differently. My relay comes from newer Ford cars and is very reliable. Coil resistance is the same on both, very close to 130 Ohm. Please see last 3 pictures comparing my relay...
