Early all-in-one automobile dusting kit that was kept in the cabs of high end classic cars, usually used by the chauffeur if you had one. Could be found in any car. Often kept with polishing and cleaning fluids in tins. Faux-leather (or maybe real?) case doubles as a "glove" with soft polishing cloth for dusting, and holds whisk broom for pebbles and crumbs when not in use. Handle appears to be a very early plastic.
