NOS Genuine OEM Cummins / Holset Turbocharger. No core charge and you do NOT have to send back your old one. This is an outright purchase. The box got wet and is ruined. The turbo is perfect with the exception of very minor surface rust on the housing (pictured). It was wrapped in plastic from the factory so it was pretty much protected from the moisture.
