H2 Specialty Parts designed a custom made cover for LS truck water pumps. When adding an electric fan to your truck, you are left with the threaded portion of the water pump pulley where the mechanical fan attached. These custom made covers simply screw onto the water pump and using a 3/32 Allen wrench tighten the set screw. It fits truck water pumps from 1999-2013.
