The 1.4 turbo engine has a coolant pump that when the engine is turned off circulates coolant to cool the turbo bearings. There is a plastic tee fitting in the coolant lines that goes from a large size down to a smaller size, and due to constant thermal cycling, this plastic tee has a tendency to break, and leak.
