THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE CAMS ONLY THE CAPS 2003 to 2008 LTZ 400 cylinder head, journals and cam caps caps are perfect ported head unfortunately the head has a crack underneath the cams please look at all the pictures. The last picture show where the crack is!!! being sold as is for parts or repair. The head is built an has heavy duty springs Will separate parts also...
