This is a very old 1950s car oil filler cap/cover. We have seen a possibly exact one online that was from a Buick, but we can not 100% determine the car this came off of. A good mechanic or vintage car aficionado should be able to identify this. It is old, very dirty, but still has it's original paint! This needs a VERY thorough cleaning.
