This is a cylinder head off of a 1983 suzuki lt125. there is no excessive wear to the cam or journals. it comes with the cam. i would recommend a good cleaning, new gaskets/seals before use. one of the bolts for the intake manifold is snapped off and will need to be extracted. the cylinder wall is rusty and will need an over bore to clean it up....
