This is a 1984 ATC 70 Honda pull start assembly complete. The rubber handle has about had it with years and years of use, but this is the easy part. The rest of the assembly functions as it is supposed to. This is one of the rarest parts Out of any parts from this bike. The paint is scuffed and scratched as you can see and this is a genuine Honda starter. This is not a cheap knock off. Please pay very careful attention to the photos.
