This is an engine, needs cleaned up some. the oil pump needs attention, it's held on with a piece of wire or something. comes with electric starter motor as shown. that spins it over, desn't seem likt it makes too much compression, not sure what these had originally. may need piston/ rings. may not. comes as shown.
