OEM recoil pully and fastener removed from a 1986 Honda 200sx. Includes pully (28430-HB3-000), and 8mm special bolt (90081-HB3-000). All parts are used, they may be scratched, marked up, dirty, oily, and have some corrosion or rust. Some items may have bends or cracks due to the age and usage of the item.
