Comes with everything in the pictures including the skid plate. Only has (1) swingarm bolt and 1 swingarm bearing. The other swingarm bearing race has rust as shown. Swingarm bearings should be replaced. Right side wheel hub is missing studs and stud holes are worn, that hub should be replaced. Both wheel hub axle splines are good. Good diff fill and drain plugs.
