Engine solenoid removed from a 2005 Honda CR-V. I am told this is a "spool valve solenoid", but I don't know the official name. It was located on the back side (towards the firewall) at the bottom of the engine block. This SUV was built in England in May 2005 with the 2.4 liter engine, automatic transmission, and all wheel drive.
