This is an engine, MINUS exhaust carb, electronics, stator, flywheel, stator mount plate, shifter, ignition cover, kicker, etc. comes exactly like you see it. this did not make any sounds it shouldn't have. this has never been apart any farther than you see it now. this did not smoke, this shifted thru the gears fine.
