99-07 Honda TRX 400EX XR400R OEM Engine Cylinder Head. The cam has slopped around and wore into the head. One rocker is worn and will need replaced. Mating surface is in rough shape and may need decked. Some valve cover bolts have been heli coiled and some may need it. Cam journals are smooth and in good shape. See pictures carefully before purchasing. Comes as pictured. Condition is for parts or repairs...
