These are the OEM transmission seals manufactured by GM for the BMW GA6L45R transmission. These valve body to transmission seals are the exact same part that is sold by BMW as part number 24277581598. In addition to the transmission seals, this kit also includes the three sealing sleeve o-rings. You don't have to replace the entire sealing sleeve (BMW Part # 24157572607), just replace the o-rings and you save yourself another ~$24.
