This head was taken off of a running engine that had rod knock. I don't see any damage on head from that and engine ran well even with the rod knock so the head seems good. It comes with the valve cover and valve cover hardware. It does not come with a camshaft or head bolts. This can be used as the front or rear head because the cam is what makes them different....
