I removed this engine from a 1985 250es big red. It ran great as it should. No smoke. This was a one owner farmer owned engine. Although it is a 1985 model this engine will bolt right up to any year big red 250, trx250 Fourtrax or 250sx 3 wheeler. I taped up the ports for storage after pics were taken.
