Used OEM Honda cylinder that NEEDS TO BE BORE OVERSIZED* currently the cylinder is scratched on the inside is not runnable in current state. It measures at 68.5mm will need to be bored oversized to be useable. Has some scuffs and signs of general wear to the outside (pictured). Please examine photos carefully as they are the best description of condition.
