This is an unissued/in USGI package, Inlet Connector with ball and spring, manufactured by Willys Overland Motors for the M38 (G740) Jeep. The part number is 7033653 and has a G214 in front of it so I am assuming that this is also used on the G214 Landing Vehicle,Tracked.
