STROMBERG STYLE NOS Model 40 and 48 CARB PUMP ROD -- These are NOS. original Stromberg plated rods. FORD pt. # 40-9526. These fit the Stromberg 40 and 48's used on Ford flathead V-8' s in 1934-1935 and some 1936. This is the shorter 3 5/8" pump rod. Use the longer 3 7/8" rod for the 97 and 81 carbs. If your linkage end is like picture shown and only has the one pump rod ball on the shaft end where you hook your foot pedal rod, this is the part you need.
