Vintage Speed's cast iron Rochester secondary (end carb) small base. These have all new shafts and throttle plates with the correct linkage, carb arm and return spring on base. We lap the throttle plates to the base bores on each and every base on a machine we designed. The dry poly-graphite applied to the throttle plates in our secondary bases, is yet another layer that prevents air intrusion AND lubricates the plates for easier opening.
