This is an original brass engine block, i.e. coolant drain tap as found on many British cars of the 50's & 60's, including various MG, Jaguar, and Austin Healey models; this part may fit other British cars of the period as well. The tap is not frozen as it does move freely, but upon recent testing, it does leak at the handle and will need restoration.
