This is a rear exhaust manifold with flange and pipe, as used on Jaguar MKI and early Mark 2, possibly Mark 9 and Mark 8.. It uses a round gasket that fits in a recess in top and bottom, but not into a deep recess as 3.8S and later cars used. The flange is important. It includes a usable down pipe.
