This item is brand new but a plastic clip was broken during shipping to me(see pictures). The supplier shipped a new one with no fees but I really don't think the broken plastic clip would affect in any way the functionality of the part. Someone could secure the moving part with tie wraps or glue it somehow. Look at the pictures carefully and do not buy if you are not comfortable with the fact you might need to make a custom repair before installing the part. For myself the part was for an atlas...
