1986 Ford Tempo or Escort / Lynx (?)LH? NOS Seatbelt Assy Ford seat belt shoulder retractor and lower female receiver portions in red, NOS with box, bearing part number E63Z-54611A73 on the side and a '40 85' date on the tag. I believe the 'E6' makes it 1986, the '3' third digit makes it Tempo, and the 'A73' makes it a left-hand, but I am not sure on any of that (particularly because of the Escort/Lynx marking on the receiver - see below).
