This is a Dodge Truck Caution Plate. It is for a 3/4 ton truck with a total capacity of 4405 pounds and a maximum speed of 25 MPH. That speed makes me think of the 1920s and maybe the early 19030s. The example shown is an aluminum plate with a white background and black printing. That is known to be correct for some Dodge Truck Caution plates of that era, but I can make it in different color combinations and with brass instead of aluminum (brass plates are double the price).
