This is a set exterior STAR decals for a HMMWV Humvee M998. These decals are cut out of matte black professional permanent Oracle vinyl. They are easy to apply and will make your M998 look finished, just like they did when they were in the military. These are made in the USA. The STARS are on transfer tape and measure about 2.5" tall.
