I believe this very aerodynamic tank to be from a WW II military airplane of some sort. This drop tank measures about 30 inches in diameter by about 124 inches long. I bought it about 5 years ago thinking I might build a Model T Ford race car with it. I have since acquired a 1911 Model T Ford Torpedo roadster body and plan to build that car instead.
