For sale I have a primer GEM electric car Rear Fender that has just been cleaned, sanded and freshly painted with Primer. This is paint ready. A small repair was done on the rear of the fender. It was cold welded and fiberglass patched and painted black. This repair will not show on the surface and will make it stronger. Global Electric Motors/NEV/Think/Polaris.
