This is a complete steering lock assembly, 2 keys, and a switch for a Triumph TR6 from 1970 to 1972. These also fit Spitfires from 1970 to mid 1973 (car FM10000). During this time there were two different lock assembly manufacturers, so your assembly outwardly might look slightly different though fit and function is the same.
