These were purchased from a 100 year old Plymouth dealership that just closed downBasically these were shipped on the car from the factory and then the dealer would insal the radio and they save the delete plates in a box on the shelf These are new take off delete covers but they have some shelf ware- scuffs scratches and rub marks from nearly 70 years of storage One upper and lower plate for a set i also have a lower piece listed separately if you need just that one- check my other listings E47...
