This is an original 1996-2000 Honda Civic airbag delete plate, removed from a Canadian market 1999 DX Hatchback. No cracks or breaks. Has a nice finish as shown, no scratches or scrapes, but there is a minor amount of discoloration inside the tray. All mounting points are intact. The small clips on the far left and right are present, the two flanges and both screw bosses are all perfect as shown (includes the screws).
