OEM factory optional interior roof mounted air refiner or purifier, as removed from an AE111 chassis Toyota Sprinter Carib, years 1995 - 2002. This unit replaces the interior light on the roof lining, it plugs straight into the factory wiring for the light so is in effect plug and play, still has a light and the controls as pictured.
