This radio is in like new condition and has been boxed up since delivery of vehicle. I upgraded radios for years at dealerships , so what that means is that before a customer would take ownership of the vehicle, we would upfit their vehicles with upgraded radios per the customer's requests. So this radio would have had very little use before being taken out . I believe most vehicles would have had less than 500 miles on them , so very little use.
