This is a radio block off plate that I made for a 190SL project in our shop. It is not as perfect as your 190SL is, but it covers the radio hole nicely until you can get a radio or the original / repro block off plate. It is about 7.25" X 2.25" and is held on with double stick tape as needed but not included. Picture 1 is the best view. Picture 2 shows a somewhat mirror polish I put on the aluminum a while back....
