All these brackets came out of the south part of the USA. i got them out of a junk yard. they are very dirty. minor scratches, scuffs and dings.. minor if any rust.. they need washed.. if i were gonna use one of these i would put another coat of paint on them. just to make sure they are sealed up and can with stand the dirt, salt, and debris. super easy to change. one bolt.
