New old stock surplus from the sheriff's office vehicle outfitter in a rural Florida county. The cardboard box is in very bad shape and the top of the box has been cut off. There is one scratch in the chrome, about 2” in length that I tried to illustrate in the pictures. Otherwise the lamp, chrome and handle are excellent. Untested with 30 day unconditional returns.
