The tag on this vintage Unity light says International. Someone painted the chrome housing black, and that paint is flaking off as seen in the photos. There is a very small dent in the bezel, but no dents in the housing. The bulb works but the light will need to be rewired. The nut that holds the light on to the bracket was painted also and may be tough to remove, but the other hardware turns easily so the light is usable with this bracket.
