Brand new set of Tusk mounts for panniers. These are meant to be mounted to your hard boxes, so that you can quick-attach them to the Tusk pannier racks. Everything is brand new. Note that the package is missing six allen M8 * 1.25P * 20mm bolts, I mistakenly used those to mount the pannier racks onto my bike. Easy to purchase from your local hardware shop for a few bucks....
